beejakshara mantra Lord Hanuman Aarati-After Puja Bhajan Song

Lord Hanuman - A Great Disciple
Hanuman has intense love for his Lord Rama which can be considered from this instance. Once Hanuman was asked by Sri Rama, "How do you consider me?". Hanuman said: "Oh Lord, while I identify myself with my body, I am Thy servant. When I consider myself an individual soul, I am Thy part. But when I look upon myself as the spirit, I am one with Thee. This is my firm conviction."

Lord Hanuman is the Ideal Devotee. His Love and Affection towards Lord Rama and Seetha are unexplainable.

Hanuman Aarti completes the worship or prayers made to the God.
It is believed that aarti provides a completion to the puja .This aarti of Shri Hanuman is also known Bajrangbali Aarti.

Who wears snakes as garlands, whose eternal abodes in the heart of the devotee, I bow to Him (Lord Shiva) and His consort Bhavaani (Uma or Parvati).

beejakshara mantra Kalpeshwar Temple one of the five Panch Kedar Temples

Kalpeshwar Temple is the fifth among the Panch Kedar Temples of Shiva located in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, India. Constructed by Pandavas of Mahabharata, Kalpeshwar Shiva Temple is located at a height of 2200 meters at the Urgam valley of Garwal region of Uttarkhand. The cave passage to the temple in the landscape valley is really a marvelous experience to the visitors. This is a dense forest area where the two rivers Alakananda and Kalpaganga are merged. Urgam valley is famous for its apple orchards and hillside potato fields which add luster to the natural beauty of the temple.

Kalpeshwar Temple of Lord Shiva in Uttarakhand

Unlike other Panch Kedar temples, Kalpeshwar Shiva Temple can be visited all the year round irrespective of the adverse climatic conditions prevailing. The traditional priests of this temple are assumed to be the descendants of Adi Sankaracharya. The divine idol of Kalpeshwar Temple is worshipped in the form of matted tresses of the god and hence Lord Shiva is known by the name Jateshwar or Jadadhar. The Kalpavrisha at this location which is believed to be the fulfilling tree is popular because of the ancient saints who had chosen this venue for their routine meditation.

The Buddha Kedar Temple which is only partly viewed from the potato fields is on the way to the Kalpeshwar temple. One of the Sapta Badri temples known by the name Dyan Badri Temple is also on the route to the holy place. The snow covered mountains, streams, lakes, and vegetation, make the visit to the Kalpeshwar temple a memorable one.

The route to Kalpeshwar temple:

Trekking to Temple is a very beautiful experience -
National Highway 58 – Rishikesh to Rudraprayag then to Helang
Rudraprayag to Helang is 102 kilometers.

From Helang Trek to Urgam then to Devgaon to Kalpeshwar Temple. Now there is a road up to Devgaon.

It is a nearly 6-hour trek from Helang to Devgaon.
From Devgaon it is around 45-mintue walk to Kalpeshwar Temple. There are two guest houses at Devgaon.

The trek from Helang to Devagaon is steep – Helang is around 4900 ft in altitude and Devgaon is around 8200 ft in altitude.

beejakshara mantra SABARIMALA- IMPORTANCE of 18 Divine Steps

Sabarimala - Temple Details :

Sabarimala is the most famous Hindu pilgrimage centre in Kerala and India. At a distance of 63 Kms from Pathanamthitta, this temple is dedicated to Lord Ayyappa. It is one of the most visited pilgrim centers in the world with an estimated 45 - 50 million devotees every year.

At a distance of 146 Kms from Kochi and 159 Kms from Trivandrum, this temple is one of the oldest temples in India, with history of more than 5000 years old. The temple dedicated to Lord Ayyappan here is situated in the midst of 18 hills, at an altitude of about 3000 feet. It is believed that Lord Parasurama installed the idol of Ayyappa at Sabarimala.

The pilgrimage season begins in the month of November and ends in January (the temple remains closed during rest of the year except for the first five days of each Malayalam month). The devotees following Ayyappa Vratam (Ayyappa Maala - a 41 days Vratam with strict restrictions) carry Irumudi Kettu containing traditional offerings to the Lord. Mandalapooja (Nov17th) and Makaravilakku (Jan 14th) are the important events of the temple. Makara Jyothi (a celestial star) appeared on Jan 14th is the most crowded occasion of this temple.

Sabarimala temple has no restrictions of caste and religion. The temple is open to males of all age groups, but women between 10-50 years age group are NOT allowed into the temple. Sabarimala can be reached by 8 KMs trek from Pamba, which is the nearest road point to the temple.

Importance of Sabarimala Divine 18 Steps

SABARIMALA- Importance of 18 Divine Steps are called as  Pathinettapadi (18 divine steps) to the sanctum sanctorium is divine in all aspects. The first three steps depict "Bhoomi, Agni, Vayoo & Akash", 6 to 9 steps for Karmendriya, 10 to 15 for Jhanandriya, 16th for mind 17th Intelligence and 18th Jeevathma Bhava.

Those who cross all these steps are believed to achieve "Punyadarshan". The steep steps are so important and holy that no one can climb them without fasting for 41 days and carrying the holy irrumudi on ones' head. There are many mythological stories associated with the holy Patinettampadi. Some believe the eighteen steps denote the 18 puranas. Some say that 18 weapons with which Lord Ayyappa destroyed the evil denotes the 18 steps. Others are of the belief that the first five steps denotes the indriyas (eyes, ears, nose, tongue and skin).

The next eight steps signifies the ragas (tatwa, kama, krodha, moha, lobha, madha, matsraya, and ahamkara. The next three steps signifies the gunas (satwa, rajas and thamas). The seventeenth and the eighteenth denotes vidhya and ignorance.

The Patinettampadi can be used only twice - once for ascending the temple and once for descending below leaving the hill. Before ascending or descending the steps, pilgrims break coconut as an offering to the steps. One needs to have the sacre Irumudi on head while going up or down the 18 steps. While descending the steps the devotees climb down backwards facing the sanctum sanctorum.

One who climbs the Patinettampadi for 18 times shall plant a sapling of coconut in Sabarimala.

Built on a plateau about 40 feet high, the Ayyappan temple commands a lofty view of the mountains and valleys all around. The ancient temple has been rebuilt after a fire in 1950. Within the confines of the sanctum sanctorium with a copper-plated roof and four golden finials at the top, two mandapams, the belikalpura which houses the altar, the flag-staff replacing the earlier stone image of the deity, sits a beautiful idol of Ayyappa in panchaloha, an alloy of five metals, about one and a half feet tall.

  • beejakshara mantra How to perform SandhyaVandanam known as Meditation

Meditation is todays trend in new style. But in Sandhayvandam or Sandhyopasana is very old from centuries.

How to do Sadhyavandanam according to Vedas.

One becomes eligible to do Sandhyopasana by getting up before Arunodaya (twilight), attending to calls of nature, purifying the body with soil, water etc. as laid down, brushing the teeth and taking bath. Even in times when it is not possible to bathe by dipping in river or with hot water from a bucket, one of ten different forms of bath should be undertaken. (In addition to water, the other nine forms are: Aagneyam, Vaarunam, Braahmam, Vaayavyam, Divyam, Maanasam, Paarthivam, Kaapilam and Saarasvatam). Karmas mentioned in texts of dharma like Veda do not purify one who does not practise Achara (basic rules of conduct). After bath, one should wear dry clothes, apply religious marks (pundras) on forehead etc., wash feet, have upavita (sacred thread), tie tuft of hair (sikha), do Achamanam twice as per rules and perform Sandhyopasanam facing east (or north).

Is there anyone who does not know the Telugu adage, meaning “Offer (Argya) without seeing (the Sun in the morning), without angularity (at noon when Sun is straight up) and with seeing (before Sunset in evening)”? Sandhyopasanam must be done before Sunrise in the morning. In case of inconvenience, it should be done at least within 3 ¾ nazhigas (1½ hours) after Sunrise after performing Pranayama as atonement. Maadhyahnikam must be done after 11¼ nazhigas (10.30 a.m.). If it is not convenient to do it before Sun travels westward, it should be done at least before evening. In the evening Sandhya, Argya should be given when the Sun’s zone is half set and upasthanam should be done as soon as stars rise. It should be done at least before close of Pradosha kala (i.e. 3¾ nazhigas, i.e. 1½ hours after Sunset). Even during impure times like Sutaka (child birth), Sandhyopasana should be done, chanting mantras mentally. Gobila Smriti says that at times when Sandhyopasana has to be done with wet clothes on, Gayatri mantra alone should be chanted (while on the bank of river). If wet cloth is squeezed and blown 7 times, it is equal to dry cloth. It is best to chant Gayatri 1008 times; it is laid down that it should be chanted at least 108, 54, 28, 27 or 10 times.

In Sandhyopasana, Dhyanam (meditation) is important. In the morning Sandhya, one has to meditate that he is same as Sandhya Devata, who is Aditya Deva of red colour and named Gayatri. In the noon prayer, he mediates that he is same as Devata of white colour, of the form of Rudra and named Savitri. In the evening, he meditates that he is same as Sandhya Devata, who is Aditya Deva of black colour, of the form of Vishnu and named Saraswati

Some say that four parts of Sandhyopasana, viz. offering Argya, meditating as mentioned above, chanting Gayatri and doing upasthanam, are important. In the Mahabharata war, Dharmaputra et al did meditation alone scrupulously, when they were unable to do Prokshanam (sprinkling) etc. as water was not available. From this it is clear that meditation (dhyanam) is very important. Further in view of the fact that Dharmaputra et al did not leave Sandhyopasana completely even in times of danger to life and did dhyanam at least, it is certain that people, who are not in situations of emergency of that type, should perform all aspects of Sandhyopasana in proper time as per rules laid down.

It is good to meditate on Rishi, chandas, Devata and Viniyogam of different mantras; it is beneficial to meditate on the meaning of mantras too. It is very good to understand and perform Bhutasuddhi, Pranaprathishtha, mudras etc. The greatness of Pranayama is immeasurable. It is important even for healthy life in this world.

beejakshara mantra 10 Basic Steps to Perform Puja For All GODS

Puja is the act of showing reverence to a god, a spirit, or another aspect of the divine through invocations, prayers, songs, and rituals. An essential part of puja for the Hindu devotee is making a spiritual connection with the divine. Most often that contact is facilitated through an object: an element of nature, a sculpture, a vessel, a painting, or a print.

For performing Basic Puja which has specific pre-defined order and sequence, which we ought to follow is as follows.  In Hindu religion, Pooja and Anushthaan are important and sanctimonious duties which enable the native to attain prosperity, success, peace and enlightment.
    Pooja is of two types.

Saguna: This type of pooja is performed by married and family persons to fulfill their wishes or to gain some special things in life. It is mandatory to perform all the eight parts of the saguna pooja.

Nirguna: This form of pooja is used by saints or celibates. They can chant concerned mantra or offer prayers in any form of their liking or wishes.

    The Procedures of Pooja
1.Physical Purification: Sprinkle pure Gangajal (Water obtained from the sacred River Ganges) on your body.
    Mantra:
Om (Aum ) Apavitraha Pavitovaa Sarva-Vastaang Gatopivaa I
Yah Smaret Pundarikaaksham Sava Shyabhyaam Tarah Shuchi II

    2.Soul Purification:
To sanctify your inner soul, drink Gangajal spelling the name of any Hindu God.

    Aum (Om) Keshwaaye Namah
    Aum (Om) Naraanaye Namah
    Aum (Om) Maadhwaaye Namah
    Aum (Om) Hrishikeshaaye Namah

Clean your hands while chanting Aum (Om) Hrishikeshaaye Namah.

3.Purification of the seat: It is important to sanctify the place where we are supposed to sit and pray.
    Mantra:
Aum Prithvi Twaya Dhritaalokaa Devitwam Vishnunaadhrita I
Twam Cha Dharayah Maamdevi Pavitram Purichaasam II

4.Pavitri Dhaaran: We need to purify the blood flowing in our body. To do this, one needs to wear the ring made of Kush (Kind of Grass) or Gold in ring or middle finger.
    Mantra:
Pavitryaasthoh Vaishnabhyoh Sa Vi Turvaaha Pra Sha Ba Utpurnaa I
Mmyachidre Na Pavitre Na Surya Jasya Rashmibhihi
Tasya te Pavitraapate Pavitraputasya Yat Kaamah Pune Takshake Yamma II

5.Tilak Dhaaranam (In Hinduism, Tilak is a mark worn on forehead): Whenever we contemplate to do righteous works then we are grappled with numerous problems that delay our good work. Tilak is worn to avert these problems and help the native to obtain strength and mental stability to successfully carry out the homage.
    Mantra:
Swasti Na Indro Bridhdhha Sravaaha I
Swasti Na Haan Pookha Vishvwaa Vedaaha

    Swasti Nastaaraksho Arishtane Mehin
    Swasti No Vrihaspaatir Dadhaatu II

6.Suryaardhyam: Sun holds a very important role in our lives. This is because Sun was the only Lord who provided important rays to the mankind, ever since its origin. Sun has eradicated the darkness and ignorance of the nature and mankind.
    Mantra:
Aakrishne Narjasaa Vartamano Niveshayan Na Mrityour Martayash Cha I
Hiranya Ye Na Savitarathe Na Devo Jaa Tibhuvana Nippasyanna II

The whole environment gets lighted with the rise of Sun and this light also protects mankind from the darkness of ignorance. Sun is responsible for the social recognition and reputation; this is why we pray to him for happiness and peace by offering him the ardhya containing fresh water.
    Mantra:
    7.Pitree Ardhya:
    Mantra:
Aum Devatabhyaha Pitribhyash Cha Mahaoyge Vyayev Cha I
Namah Swadhaye Swahaye Nitya Mev Namo Namah II

The aforementioned pitree-kriya helps in the successful completion of all rituals concerning Sanaatan Dharm.

    8.Digrakshanam (Protecting the Directions)

To protect the ritual and yajna, one should sprinkle Yellow Mustard Seeds in ten directions and pray to the Lord of the respective direction. The prayer must be a form of request to protect the native and his righteous work. Following are the names of the Lords of the ten directions.

    1. Varaaha

10.Samkalp (Pledge): There are two types of Samkalp

    a) Nishkaam Samkalp: This samkalp is devoid of any thoughts and wishes. And this  Samkalp is done from the curiosity of inner core.
    b) Sakaam Samkalp: Through this samkalp, we wish to eradicate the problems in our  lives. We tell our problems to God by mentioning our Zodiac (Raashee), Planetary   position of the day (Gochar), house and want the God top sort out those problems. Hindu    religion believes that there is power in mantra which can decimate our problems.

These steps are precursor to a successful pooja, especially for Saguna Pooja. Remember, you will get the benefic effects of a pooja only when every step (of the aforementioned ones) is performed in the way as described. However, not following them would not harm you but it would not be beneficial either.

beejakshara mantra Why should we follow VASTU - Principles

According to the old vedic science the vastu is the great science , one should follow to stay happy in their whole life...
     Vastu for Harmony

Vasstushastra is the art of living with natural forces in harmony and peace. It is a Science of fortune making, hence catches everybody's attention. Yogshastra is the mother of Vasstu Science. All concepts of this science find its principles in the theory of Yogashastra.

The theory is very simple : " Sky, ie, ether, is full of events". Events flow along the natural streams of energy. If these streams are blockage-free, impedence free and frictionless, one meets a positive network of events in life, which makes one fortunate." Hence Vasstu Science creates a cosmic envelope around you by using the art of orientation with some crystals, some plants, colours, prisms, pyramids, metals, water, stones and levels.

Astrology, Yogshastra and Vasstu Science, when used together give a good solution to all Vasstu faults without breaking, reconstructing and related troubles.

    Vasstushastra has Different Dimensions

    a. It deals and defines man's relationship with natural forces.
    b. It builds a beautiful bridge between inner spaces and outer spaces.
    c. It transforms voids into spalces, which are wombs of creation, care and comfort.
    d. It defines one's path effortlessly and overcomes hindrances and blockages.
    e. It creates a positive relationship between microcosm, (individual) and macrocosm (outer world). Little rectification in personal holistic alignment on the cosmic reference changes life's goals, destiny and end.

The basic elements of Vasstu being five great elements, eight directions, sun and moon streams, deities in Vastu Purush Mandal, study of vibrations, waves, sound and light, permutations and combinations of all these things, it is evident to say that it is a very complex subject. The great thinker, J Krishnamurty said, " Truth is a oathless land." In the same sense one can say that Vasstu is a path that connects your Being and Becoming by blessing c cosmic order.

Vastu shastra is the scientific study of directions that creates equilibrium by balancing the different elements of nature and using them for the benefit of humans. There is a great importance of Vastu shastra in our life, as it paves way for happiness and prosperity to knock our doors. Vastu is very rational in the sense that it is based on scientific study and not on assumptions.
