Have you ever thought- That you want it all… Dream of being deserving but the very next moment think you are unlucky or undeserving?  Have you ever thought that life is unfair and unjust? Have you ever thought others get more than you and you never even get a break? Have you ever wondered why it is so difficult for me?

•   We wish to get big house and car but start worrying “ oh I will have to earn more to maintain it manage it , what if the number of rooms aren’t enough or what if you are the only one left in that house”
•   We wish for a loving boyfriend or husband but start worrying “ Oh what if he makes me claustrophobic, what if he starts getting too demanding, what will happen to my space
•   We wish for a good job but start thinking “ Oh I am so comfortable in my current place no worries, no one asks me questions, in new job it will be more demanding or what if I fail to get one”
•   We wish for Spiritual pursuits but start thinking “ Oh what will others think, what if I lose all my money in this process and become a hermit or lose my partner in the way or myself in the way”
•  We wish for loving relationship with my parents who are like friends but start worrying “ Oh what if they see a side of me which they don’t like “
•   We wish for something  and start saying and thinking “ I am unlucky”
•   We wish for everything  but start thinking “ what if I get nothing”

 The Answer lies in our attitude and what we think we deserve (yes, a bit of stroke of luck too at times)

In all the above scenarios the common thing is – DOUBT—doubting your own self wish, your own self. The universe cannot fulfill any of our wishes if we keep sending contradictory messages and doubting it.

DOUBT is one of the biggest blockages that unable us to receive the divine blessing. For any positive thought to manifest one must have the heart and head in sync with each other. What is important to understand is that our thoughts and words carry vibration which can change things. A wish in heart is usually shot down by too much procrastination, comparisons and finding real meanings by reasoning. Thus a wish should a wish without any reasons or complications to it.

Few ways to clear off the blockages:-

•  By practicing reiki , meditation, breathing exercises and healings we tend to remove some of those blockages surrounding us
• By having friends with positivity, family members who support and guide you.
• Being surrounded by people who help you in gaining your goal, have the belief/ faith in you
• By using positive affirmations for what we seek
• By having positive thoughts that whatever we seek or working towards is achievable
• By keeping your wishes to yourself so that other people don’t start doubting and create blockages or cloud your mind with that doubt.
•  By changing our attitudes instead of wanting and aimlessly trying to change the external
• By letting go- once you place a wish let go and not let your mind be surmounted or tired by the pressure of that wish. It is true that when u start holding something to tightly it gets choked and might not get the freedom to grow or develop.

Everything you wish for is your right.

Say this all this all along  – “ I am Worthy, I am Deserving, I am valuable , I am lovable  !!

Drug Addiction is a health problem, not neccessarily moral failing or weakness of character. 

This was the message that Obama Administration put forward for their new drug strategy in April 2013. World over reforms have been made in countries to eradicate the growing problem of drug addiction. Take for instance -Sao Paolo in Brazil efforts are in full swing to cure the disease of drug addiction at rapid pace, in North East India Rehabiliation centres for Women have open to help cure the disease and likes of it.

There could be various reasons as to why one gets into drug disease like- poverty, emotional/physcial/sexual abuse, lack of family support, heart break, pressure from friends to be cool- peer pressure, experimentation, deep rooted past feelings, ill health, mental health and more.

Apart from medical treatment/therapies, reiki and chakra healing can also complement and help in some ways to heal the drug addiction. Drugs primarliy lead to wear and tear + holes in the auric fields, sometimes its just on the physical auric field, sometimes it is in the higher subtle bodies Below are  list of the chakras and  drugs -

Since drug addiction is a disease, just like any disease it is important to determine the extend the addiction of the indiviual based on medical/alternative therapies. The person is very defensive, aggressive and well as vulnerable/delicate at the same time. The aim is to help the person in the grip of the drugs to unlearn a habit and ensure a consistent & stable recovery. The journey is long but not unachievable. :)

She is usually depicted in a barren place with a crow flying above and has a sword to cut the illusion and wears lowly clothes despite being a queen. She also represents a widow or single ( divorced/heartbroken ) woman

Key Elements of Queen of Swords :-

• Bitter, cynical and wise beyond one's years and depicts that sometimes wisdom is gained by hardships only
• Steely determination, pioneering leadership, courage and leadership.
• No-Nonsense attitude and iron fist to deal with things
• Clear thinking and ability to think and express freely.
• Stay away from lies deception, illusion, false ego- literally cuts it through
• Independent and see life clearly.

In Vamachara /left handed path the meaning is taken literally & practiced ( based on the sub-group) whereas in Right Handed Path /Dakshinachara consider the subtle and unintended meaning of the same.

beejakshara mantra Self- Healing and Child Abuse

One day at my apartment I was talking to a group of 5-6  girls ( aged 27-31yrs) when the topic of abuse came forth. It turns out each and every one was abused sexually as a child to a lesser or greater extend. Most managed to escape from the predator but the scars which some had were to haunt/upset them for the rest of their lives.

Most of the people abused as children would have never uttered a word to their friends/parents about the pain and would'v led their adult lives normally. It is sad to know that most people still subconsciously live with it and for some it keeps affecting them in some way or the other i.e feelings of rejection, abandonment, rigid, relationship issues, trust issues, fear,guilt, unresolved anger  etc. It is pain and hurt which is known only to the one who has been through it.

I know that it takes great guts, courage, time, patience to come forth and talk openly about a childhood abuse to anyone especially if the feeling of guilt, fear, injustice or non -acceptance from society are still deep rooted within.
With personal experience one must learn and understand that sometimes apart from oneself no-one else can help  ---" You are your own healer "

Reiki and Spiritual healing is one such mode of helping yourself or others in overcoming Child Abuse.

Reiki Self- Healing -

• Give the intention to the Universe to heal your past wounds and liven inner child. 
• If you like Invite archangel raphael or any god or angel with healing touch to support you.
• While healing the heart chakra- imagine a pink soft ball bouncing and then slowly merging within your front heart chakra. Similar for back heart chakra. 
• Use the distance and emotional healing symbols frequently on heart chakra and say let go and imagine green light surrounding your heart chakra.
• While healing the hara chakra imagine orange waves cleansing the chakra.
•  For the root chakra specifically use the physical and grounding symbols
• Back root & hara chakra to be healed for longer durations.
• Towards the end of self-healing do white light healing and green light protection especially around the heart chakra.  

Others Ways to Heal self- 

• Forgive yourself & forgive the abuser. Write your feelings on a piece of paper about the incident then and now ( it can be ugly, sad, angry feeling) and close it by writing " I forgive you" and burn the paper. Do it as many number of times required.
• Sit in a meditative position, take deep breaths until you feel relaxed. Let your mind wander about the abuse incident till the point you think it is baseless and no-longer a part of your identity.
• Sit in a meditation position alone in a quiet place, take deep breaths and be relaxed. Start talking out your feelings aloud as if you telling the abuser how you felt and how is it hurting you till date.
• Remember you re not alone, try talking to people who have been through similar experiences and encourage self and others to move ahead.
• Keep a feelings chart- you might be surprised to see that some events or incidents trigger similar feelings, so work on with yourself or psychologist to how to improve.
• Never ever blame yourself
