Be Present

Present Moment is the moment "right now". Present Moment is the moment only moment you have in your life-time. What you are doing right now or what you are observing right now is the present moment. You experience it right now. Always remember, there is no past and no future but only the thoughts of past and future. The past is just a thought in the mind that those events happened at those times whereas future is also a thought that sometimes the imagined event would happen at those moments. So we experience each past and each future thought right now in the present moments.
                                                                                 Living in present moments is not a simple task as we have become so habitual that our mind wanders here and there in past and in future. Living in present moments is an art as well as science which one have to learn from experiences and from the masters. It is not a task to be learn fortnightly. You have to learn to control your mind and pouring thoughts that always surround the mind.You have to learn to live with your being which is always eternal and your true-self.
                                                                               The present moment is a precious gift which remove sufferings  and boredom in human being's life. Living in present moments enhances productivity and is the only key to higher performance.Remember the times when you were joyous and on higher vibrations, you were experiencing the present moments then. Many religions have pointed out the importance of living in the present moments. The goal is simply to attain the state of higher consciousness or pure consciousness.
                                                                                  One of the  most admirable and highly suggested method to start living in the present moments is Meditation. There are many ways to meditate. You can use " Mantras" to calm down your mind , you can feel your breathing to experience your true being or you can visualize on something. But the only goal should be to feel the real being inside yourself. When you would start experiencing the real joy of present moments, there will be end of sufferings and you will feel ecstatic joy, love, calmness and gratitude. You will be a different person living in a higher vibrations of frequency and doing each activity of your life with fun and effectiveness.
